What does your payment schedule look like?

Coordination: 50/50 split. Partial: 3 equal payments. Full Planning: 4 equal payments. I’m flexible—just ask.

Do you attend vendor meetings or calls with us?

Yes for Full Planning. For Partial, I contact vendors but don’t typically attend meetings unless needed.

How far in advance should we book?

Full Planning: 12–18 months out. Partial Planning: 6–9 months (sometimes as early as 4). Coordination: at least 30 days. Elopements vary. Corporate events vary—let’s chat.

Do you offer custom packages or à la carte services?

Absolutely. If none of my standard packages fit, we’ll build one that does. Add-ons can be added at any time.

When do you officially start working with clients for each package?

Full Planning starts immediately. Partial begins at the 6-month mark. Coordination begins 60 days out. All packages include communication access before the official start.

Do you help with design or just logistics?

Partial Planning includes design and logistics. Full Planning covers everything—vendor sourcing, design direction, timelines, and more.

How do add-ons work?

They’re a la carte and added to your contract when selected—easy, clear, and budget-friendly.

Can I add extras later?

Yes! Add-ons are fully flexible and available throughout the process.

Do you offer day-of coordination as a standalone service?

No. Coordination begins 60 days out to ensure your wedding day is set up for success.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes! I handle full décor setup and end-of-night teardown of personal items.

Will you be there personally on the wedding day?

Absolutely. I’m there in person from setup to send-off—you’re hiring me, not a stand-in.

Do you coordinate rehearsals?

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in every package.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but can often be applied to a new date. Other non-refundable costs include travel or work already completed.

Do you travel?

Yes! Travel is included throughout Georgia and the Tampa Bay area. For other locations, a flat travel fee and accommodations may apply.

Do you offer a free consultation before booking?

Yes! We’ll chat through your vision to make sure we’re the right fit—no pressure, just good vibes.

Why hire a planner?

To actually enjoy your wedding. I handle the logistics, vendors, timeline, and chaos so you can stay present.

What about communication?

I’m available via email, text, or scheduled calls. I’m here when you need me.

Can we still make decisions?

Absolutely. You’re the creative director—I just make it all happen.

How long does the planning process take?

Typically 9–12 months for full weddings; 3–6 months for intimate events. I also offer fast-track planning when needed.

How long do you stay on-site?

I’m present for setup, ceremony, reception, and post-event teardown—your right-hand the whole time.

Do you plan non-wedding events?

Yes! From corporate retreats and nonprofit galas to milestone parties—I bring the same expertise and vibe.

Do you work with local vendors or travel?

Yes to both. I work with trusted local vendors and regularly travel for events.

Do you work with all couples and identities?

Yes, proudly. Love is love, and I support all couples with care and celebration.

Can we plan a green wedding?

Absolutely. I can guide you through sustainable swaps—seasonal florals, rental reuse, composting, and more.
